Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

This qualification is specifically designed for individuals who work in a care role within residential childcare. In line with the Children’s Homes Regulations, residential care workers need to achieve this qualification if they don’t have an existing relevant qualification and new workers need to achieve the diploma within the first two years of their employment. The qualification enables learners to demonstrate and develop the skills and knowledge required within their role and be formally accredited for them.

NCFE Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Dementia Care

This qualification aims to assist learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of the principles of caring for those with dementia. It covers areas such as person-centred care, the influence of positive communication methods, issues relating to the use of medication for those with dementia and the importance of providing appropriate activities. ​The qualification doesn't infer competence in the work role, but can be used to support the underpinning knowledge and understanding needed for those working in or towards a dementia care role.

Level 3 Digital Marketing

In this qualification you will use online and social media platforms to design, build and implement campaigns and drive customer sales. The primary roles are to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention. A digital marketer will typically be working as part of a team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer will work to marketing briefs and instructions. They will normally report to a digital marketing manager, a marketing manager or an IT Manager.
